  • Water ………… 200mL
  • Salt ………… A dash

How to make

  1. Slice the beef into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Chop A and place it into a mixer. Mix the
    ingredients in the mixer until the texture becomes
    pasty and mix them with B.
  3. Mix 1 and 2 well and refrigerator the mixture for
    more than 1 hour.
  4. Stack the healthy cooking
    plate on top of the cooking
    plate and place 3 on top.
  1. Put the washed rice and
    water in the inner pot, and
    then put it in the rice cooker.
  2. Set 5 in the inner pot, select the
    “Synchro-Cooking” menu, and press the [Start] key.
  3. Cut the cucumber into chunks. Chop the onion
    into 2cm cubes.
  4. After 4 is cooled, stick it on skewers, and place
    them on a serving plate. Serve the dish with the
    peanut sauce, cucumber, and onion on the side.

Peanut sauce

  1. Dissolve the tamarind in water and strain.
    Remove the seeds.
  2. Chop C and place it into a mixer. Mix the
    ingredients in the mixer until the texture becomes
    pasty.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil, 2 and sambal in a skillet,
    and sauté the ingredients until fragrant.
  4. Add 1, peanuts, peanut butter, sugar, and water
    to 3 and simmer the ingredients until the liquid is
    reduced. Add salt to taste.

Tip

Commercially available marinade and peanut butter may be used. For making peanut sauce, brown sugar or Gula Malaka(palm sugar) is recommended. Chili paste can be used in place of sambal.
