  • 1. Beef ………… 250g
  • 2. Shallots ………… 15g
  • 3. Garlic ………… 15g
  • 4. Onion ………… 60g
  • 5. Peanuts(chopped) ………… 20g
  • Marinade (6.~10.)
  • 6. Lemon juice ………… 1 tablespoon
  • 7. Soy sauce ………… 1/2 tablespoon
  • 8. Fish sauce ………… 1/2 tablespoon
  • 9. Sugar ………… 1 teaspoon
  • 10. Salt ………… A dash
  • 11. Green onion ………… For garnish

  • 2. Shallots ………… 30g
  • 3. Garlic ………… 30g
  • 4. Onion ………… 120g
  • 5. Peanuts(chopped) ………… 40g
  • Marinade (6.~10.)
  • 6. Lemon juice ………… 2 tablespoons
  • 7. Soy sauce ………… 1 tablespoon
  • 8. Fish sauce ………… 1 tablespoon
  • 9. Sugar ………… 2 teaspoons
  • 10. Salt ………… A dash
  • 11. Green onion ………… For garnish

How to make

  1. Slice the beef into bite-sized pieces.
    Mince the garlic and shallot.
  2. Mix 1 with the marinade and refrigerate the beef for a while.
  3. Slice the onion thinly.
  4. Place 2 in the cooking plate and top it with 3 and the crushed peanuts.
  1. Put the washed rice and water in the inner pot and set it in the rice cooker.
  2. Insert 4 in the inner pot, select the “Synchro-Cooking” menu, and press the [Start] key.
  3. When cooking is complete, place the cooked rice on a serving plate and serve it with 4 on the side.
    Sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
