  • 1. Pandan leaf ………… 20g
  • 2. Water ………… 35mL
  • 3. Egg ………… 4
  • 4. Sugar ………… 135g
  • 5. Coconut milk ………… 50mL
  • 6. Food coloring(green) ………… As needed
  • 7. Cake flour ………… 120g
  • 8. Butter(to be spread in the pot) ………… As needed

  • 3. Egg ………… 6
  • 4. Sugar ………… 150g
  • 5. Coconut milk ………… 75mL
  • 6. Food coloring(green) ………… As needed
  • 7. Cake flour ………… 180g
  • 8. Butter(to be spread in the pot) ………… As needed

How to make

  1. Chop the pandan leaves.
    Mix them with water in a mixer and squeeze them.
  1. Mix 1, coconut milk, and food coloring.
  1. Sift the cake flour.
  2. Separate egg yolks from egg whites.
  3. Place the egg whites in a bowl.
    Gradually add sugar to the egg whites and whip the
    mixture using a hand mixer until it shows peaks.
  1. Add the egg yolks one by one and mix them using the
    hand mixer.
  2. Add 3 in 3 additions and mix them with a rubber
    spatula.
  3. Add 2 in 2 additions and mix them evenly.
  1. Pour 8 into the lightly buttered inner pot.
    Remove any air on a soft cloth.
    Select the “Cake” menu, set the heating time to 50
    minutes, and press the [Start] key.
  2. When cooking is complete, remove the cake from the
    inner pot and let it cool.
    When it is cooled, slice and place the pieces on a
    plate.
