  • 2. Vegetable oil ………… 1/2 tablespoon
  • 3. Ginger ………… 10g
  • 4. Garlic ………… 10g
  • 5. Green onion ………… 1
  • 6. Star anise ………… 2
  • 7. Bay leaf ………… 2
  • 8. Black soy sauce ………… 2 tablespoons
  • 9. Sugar ………… 2 tablespoons
  • 10. Sweet soy sauce ………… 2/3 tablespoon
  • 11. Salt ………… A dash
  • 12. Black pepper ………… A dash
  • 13. Water ………… 250mL

  • 2. Vegetable oil ………… 1 tablespoon
  • 3. Ginger ………… 20g
  • 4. Garlic ………… 20g
  • 5. Green onion ………… 2
  • 6. Star anise ………… 4
  • 7. Bay leaf ………… 4
  • 8. Black soy sauce ………… 4 tablespoons
  • 9. Sugar ………… 4 tablespoons
  • 10. Sweet soy sauce ………… 1-1/3 tablespoons
  • 11. Salt ………… A dash
  • 12. Black pepper ………… A dash
  • 13. Water ………… 500mL

How to make

  1. Slice the pork into 5cm cubes, boil it,
    and drain the water.
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and lightly fry 1.
    Let the pork cool after frying it.
  1. Slice the ginger.
    Slice the green onions into 3 to 4cm pieces.
  2. Place 2, 3, and the other ingredients into the inner pot, and mix.
    Select the “Slow Cook” menu, set the heating time to 70 minutes, and press the [Start] key.
  3. When cooking is complete, place the dish on a serving plate.
