Philippines-style Pork with Rice

Marinade (4.~12.)
4. Orange juice ………… 50mL
5. Sugar ………… 1-1/2 tablespoons
6. Soy sauce ………… 1 tablespoon
7. Oyster sauce ………… 1 tablespoon
8. Vinegar ………… 2/3 tablespoon
9. Sweet soy sauce ………… 2/3 tablespoon
10. Shaoxing rice wine ………… 1/2 tablespoon
11. Salt ………… To taste
12. Black pepper ………… To taste
13. Green onion ………… For garnish

How to make
Cut the pork into 3/4 to 1-1/4 inches(2 to 3cm) thick slices.
Mince the garlic, and mix it well with the marinade and star anise.
Soak 1 in 2 and refrigerate the pork for a while.
Stack the healthy cooking plate on top of the cooking plate.
Drain and place the marinated 3 on the healthy cooking plate.
Put the washed rice and water in the inner pot and then put it in the rice cooker.
Insert 4 in the inner pot, select the “Synchro-Cooking” menu, and press the [Start] key.
When cooking is complete, place the cooked rice on a serving plate and serve it with 4 on the side.
Sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
