  • 12. Fish sauce ………… 2 tablespoons
  • 13. Lemon juice ………… 2/3 tablespoon
  • 14. Salt ………… To taste
  • 15. White pepper ………… To taste
  • 16. Chicken stock ………… 300mL

  • 13. Lemon juice ………… 1-1/3 tablespoons
  • 14. Salt ………… To taste
  • 15. White pepper ………… To taste
  • 16. Chicken stock ………… 600mL

How to make

  1. Peel and devein the shrimp.
  2. Cut the tomato and onion into wedges.
    Cut other vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Dissolve the tamarind in water and strain.
    Remove the seeds.
  4. Place 1 to 3 into the inner pot with the
    condiments.
    Select the “Slow Cook” menu, set the heating
    time to 60 minutes, and press the [Start] key.
  5. When cooking is complete, place the dish on a
    serving plate.

Tip

Place the hard vegetables, such as Japanese radish, etc. first and then soft vegetables, such as tomatoes on top when placing the vegetables in the inner pot. You may add any vegetables you like.
